Dovecote

The dovecote is a red-brick octagonal building of three storeys on the Alcester Road Birmingham close to Moseley Hall. Built in the 18th-century it was part of of South Lodge, one of Moseley Hall's farms which was demolished in 1937. The building latterly used as pigsties, was restored in 1981.

It is now in a sensory garden at Moseley Hall Hospital

I visited my friend Marilyn here today...she was worse than I expected but at least when I go next week I'll be better prepared.
