Twinflower in bloom

Linneaea borealis, Carl von Linnaeas' favourite in bloom in the Highlands of Scotland. 2014 was a poorer flowering than normal, in converse to most other plants which seemed to thrive on the mild 2013/2014 winter. Maybe it didn't like the dry conditions through the winter.
