Dewy Frosty Icy Mix
I've had a full and productive day (probably the first in 2010). I had nearly normal energy back and feel pretty good after being a bit laid up last week. Still have some strange stuff going on but it's great to feel good again.
I shipped 36 bars of soap to Haiti. I know the people need food and water and shelter, but I can't easily give them that. But I can give soap and since soap is a basic commodity that can prevent disease, it's something worth doing. An organization called Clean the World, in Orlando Florida, is the group that is collecting soap from handcrafted soapmakers. I passed the word on Twitter today so I hope thousands will donate.
Yesterday when we woke up we were in awe of what appears to be a heavy foggy dew that drifted westward on a breeze. Every tree and shrub looks like it's been spray-painted white, but only on one side. It's very odd looking and what is even odder is that it hasn't melted off; of course, there has been absolutely NO sun and temps remain below freezing, so I guess it's not that odd. But I've never seen it like this. Thought I'd better blip it now before it is gone forever.
