The Arc de triomphe

Back Blip

Went to the Eiffel Tower. Raining off and on. Then rode the Metro to the Arc de triomphe. Here Debbie and Lizzy are enjoying the liquid sunshine.

A word of caution about the Tube in London and the Metro in Paris. Be ready to walk stairs. The Metro might be a bit better, BUT still a chore. The other surprise is that transferring from one train to another at the same station may require a hike. I don't know how truly disabled folks ride either system. I do like that they both take you quickly to anywhere you want to go.
