Growing up fast #2

Having blipped the swallows progress yesterday we were pleasantly surprised to find the ducks all on the stream bank when we took Pooch for her morning stroll today. They've been in residence around the bridge and the little island for a couple of months now - so I'm fairly confident that these chaps are the survivors from this huge brood ducklings - I think that seven out of sixteen is probably classed as a result in nature - who knows we may even get another round of ducklings if the weather stays this nice.
