taming the monster

these men in the photo look like they are holding down a giant monster on the common...
in fact they were pulling over the second roof canopy. i always wondered how they did it.
amazing how much of this giant marquee for the carnival they put up today.
i was miss Molly sitting today so walked on the common with her a few times. her mums birthday so they came for tea.
miss m returned from glastonbury this evening hoarse but happy, jumped straight in the bath.
