Moroccan mint tea

I had lunch today with a friend of mine, and we chose a Moroccan restaurant. The food was delicious (carrot & orange salad, followed by a beef tagine with saffron rice). We also had the Moroccan mint tea, which was poured in the traditional way, from a great height to give a nice foam on the tea. Very nice - it reminded me of the days I spent in Marrakech a few years ago.
