World in a planter

To Carl's after the music group. A gorgeous day, so we had a couple of Pimm's in the yard before making our way to Le Petit Cochon (formerly Tribes) in Glasthule for a meal. It was okay, but not great, though we'll probably go back to try it again some time soon (convenience is important, after all).

To Fitzgerald's marvellous put in Sandycove afterwards for a few bevvies, then back for yet another episode of Breaking Bad in Carl's Kino (episode 9 of series 1 – the most violent so far).

The blip? That's the surroundings of Carl's back yard reflected in the rather nice blue planter he has perched on top of the boilerhouse.
