Butterflies

It's a beautiful day, so after I'd cleaned the bathrooms, put the washing out, vacuumed downstairs, I set off to check what was about in the parkland behind our house. We really do need a gate through the fence.

It was busy out there. Lots of butterflies, damselflies, cinnabar caterpillars, beetles. What to blip. Butterflies of course. The top one is a Marbled White, but I don't know what the brown one is without resorting to my reference books. I don't think it's a Ringlet.
