Carpaccio! Yum!

We were talking about food that could be eaten raw this morning and I ended up dreaming of carpaccio that I haven't had for years. So we ordered the Scotch Fillet in wafer thin slices from the butcher and had a feast, made by Miss C. Followed by tagliatelle carbonara made by me. Wow, what a taste sensation of a meal it was.
