Back from Glastonbury after an amazing weekend and to a huge pile of washing! The fourth load is now in the machine and I have one or two more after that. The weather was completely insane and on Friday the stages were all shutdown for an hour due to lightening and rain/hail/thunderstorm! But when it was hot it was boiling. Typical English weather! Some bits were a bog for a bit but it dried up nicely by Sunday. Dolly was amazing!

Back to reality now though and need to start running again but not for a few days as I am still too tired and am then in London for the weekend then in Derby to see my mum, bro and dad for a bit so I had better take my running kit!

We have ordered some electronic cigarettes today to see if we have any more luck staying off the fags with these. We have gone cold turkey a few times which has been ok initially but then we always seem to go back to them so hopefully this well work better. I know that we'll still be addicted to nicotine but they have to be better than real fags and you gradually reduce the amount of nicotine in the solution until there is none there at all and you can stop completely. It's worked brilliantly for my friend Kim and she enjoys smoking same as us.
