A fabulous morning for a walk. My ankle is giving me jip though. I think the two circuit training sessions last week may have aggravated it. My Achilles' tendon feels sore and tight. Luckily I was babysitting Logan this afternoon so didn't do the afternoon walk although I still had to do a bit of running around! I may have to see the doc - it's obviously not just my other boots. Hmmm. *scratches head*

I've got a shoulder massage and a facial tomorrow morning at Grayshott Spa (in Fawsley Hall of course!!) so I should be really relaxed tomorrow afternoon! ;-)
