Holidays!

Work passed slowly, knowing I was soon to be off on holiday. Now the reprovisioning work has started and some buildings have come down, I've found a new quiet lunch spot on a little grassy slope. The grass hasn't been cut but that makes it really comfy.

I left work an hour early so I could swing by the Meadows on my way to the train station. R was celebrating his birthday so it was nice to catch up with him.

4 hours on a train and my sister collected me from the station. Both kids in bed meant we could enjoy a few glasses of wine and a nice sit in the garden before bed.
