beside the sea at Whitby

It rained as we left Pickering on our way over the Moors to Whitby but after that the sun shone and it was beautiful as we walked around the Abbey and Harbour. We had fish and chips in the 2014 best chippy, we sat inside as we didn't want to share with the local wildlife. Our B and B was very nice but at the top of a hill, lots of them around Whitby.
