It's looking up....

We took Uncle Pete and Autie Sandra out tonight to celebrate Pete's Cochlear Implant being turned on. It is simply amazing to see the difference in someone when their hearing is given back to them. I haven't seen Pete be so involved in the discussion or laugh so much in years...It will take time to learn the new sounds but in 8hrs, the difference is incredible.

Pete was moaning he could hear Sandra slurping her noodles.
Gavin is plotting what Bluetooth devices we can connect to Pete....
