Sunny Afternoon at the Beach

After a DELICIOUS breakfast and goodbye to the girls, I headed back down the coast to reunite with the family.

Matt arrived after running in his first masters track meet. He had fun, got a medal, and a hamstring injury.

We all went to the beach with Grandma and Grandpa.

Over the weekend, Quinn persuaded his dad and the group to go to the chowder house for his 3rd time. He asked to go again tonight, but we all firmly said, "no," and opted for pizza instead.
