A Scoop of Rugoma Hills

Today, I got to roast a new addition to our Buon Giorno coffee range, the Rugoma Hills from Burundi in Africa. This coffee is produced by an American family in Burundi helping local farmers to produce an amazing example of African single origin coffee. it has berry and citrus flavors with a hint of raising and great body. I am looking forward to trying this first full roast in a couple of days after resting.
