Bouquet of Barbed Wire

(With acknowledgements to the boo, and the two TV series'.) This complete string of barbed wire is, and has been for a long time, wrapped around the various rings of a metallic gate. Do you think they want to keep us out, maybe? This is a regular sight on my normal pre-breakfast walk route, which I usually do, except in cases of horizontal rain, sleet, snow, tempest, plagues of frogs, and general mayhem.
