Colours of Summer.

This beautiful hanging basket is like a microcosm of Summer, so bright and vibrant.
I have been getting on with my housework and watering the bedding plants.
There were a family down at the railway station tending their raised bed, so we had a chat. The vegetables are all looking good and include potatoes, onions, beetroot, radish and beans.
Some people are learning to grow things in a raised bed for the first time as part of a Prospects project..
The new double glazed windows at The Rishton Arms bring the Victorian style building up to date. The men have been working hard installing them since last week as the weather has been ideal.
