My friend the craftsman-painter

I have a few full-size photos printed to submit them for an exhibition. Today I have a stamp put together to sign the images.

To our house work still craftsmen.
Currently they paint the windows, plus they have to open this without inform us.

I'm a little bit angry.

The workers are smokers, and with the open window, the smoke ends up in our non-smoking-apartment.

I asked the painter if he could not smoke in front of the window and he just said: Why?
I explained to him that the smoke moves into our apartment and it is very unpleasant for non-smoking. His answer was: But he's out there.

And now he is already again smoking outside my window.

I am very angry.
