Stairway to....

Heaven? No, but the beach at the bottom is one of my favourite places..
This stairway is on private property but the owner generously allows the public to use it. It's not well known. The owner apparently saved the wood for five years, had it milled, then contracted a builder to create this amazing structure. I can walk down these stairs then head back along the shore to Ruby's beach. It cuts a few minutes and a bit of a hill off my walk - which isn't good because I need the exercise - but it's hard to resist an extra few minutes by the sea.
I remember buying that Led Zeppelin album. One of the great oldies.
