power cut at my house last night that lasted for a decent twenty minutes.

my sister knows we're not allowed candles in bedrooms but attempted to set me alight anyway when i just about stood on a candle trying to take this photo.

i never know what to do with myself during these dark instances, and so i proceeded to have a lengthy discussion with my father about the people in the 1700s.
