Is the grass greener on the other side?

Another non-blipworthy day.

Worked till lunchtime, dashed home for 30 minutes, then back to work. Home for 5:45. Waited for C to return. Cooked dinner.

Whilst awaiting C, I took a few photos in the garden, and decided that I would do mono, which I don't normally do at all.

This is the tips of some ornamental grass that we have. I thought it was a rather nice shape, and also liked the fact that you can just make out a cobweb underneath it. In fact it's the cobweb that is pulling the tip of the grass down, and reminded me of a catapult. Maybe if the web gives way, the spider will be flung for miles. Now there's a thought. I must try to point it in the other direction.
