BA Selfy

This me and my mate Ben doing a selfy tonight after having a good catch up on things in our lives. Ben is a great guy, very compassionate, considerate and clever. It was great catching up with him over a beer at home. Like me he has lost loads of weight and I think we look so much better for it...

My thought tonight is... It's great to have good people around you that help to make you feel normal, no bullshit, no lies, no agenda, just there being a mate and having a laugh about things. I am so very lucky to have a fair few people whom I can call great friends.
