Effort

Big effort made by me today... Very bad night sleep and awake by 5.30am bllllaaaaahh
Late night txt last night to say my nephew is getting married in December.....oooo how exciting something to look forward to and a good excuse for all of us to gather in the same place.
Left for work early and took a detour ...meals on wheels and made in in good time...that is the new plan.
Quiet but good day......said no to cake and had salad for lunch..
Forced myself to walk and caught the sun early so not much colour. By all accounts it was a beaut tonight but happy with mine anyway :)
