Our computer problems at work gave us all an unexpected early finish today.

Home to find this waiting for me........Father's Day present...when it was delivered the strap was so incredibly small that even the Boss would have struggled to get it on........so back it went.

Now it has had extra links fitted and it's perfect.

Good result tonight........the Boss and the Daughter both joined some dining/gourmet club through work.......one of their introductory gifts was a £60 voucher for Naked Wines........if they ordered a £100 case of 12 they could have it for £40. I knew the vouchers would be no use against my Angel account which gives me big discounts anyway.............but nothing ventured, nothing gained. So. playing a bit dumb, I emailed to ask if I could use the voucher.

The reply came back.........the voucher couldn't be used with my account.......but.....they were prepared to accept it and convert it into a £40 voucher of their own.............so long story short.........I have tonight ordered a mixed case of 12 Summer Sizzler wines...........price £121...........with £40 off because of the voucher which had been credited to my account........and £45 off because of my discount..........and there was a free gift of a bottle of Chianti (worth
£16.99).............that's 13 bottles of wine...value £137.99 for £36.00............and they haven't asked me for my voucher yet!!!!

Ssshhh don't say anything!
