'Buds..getting bigger.bigger..BIG'

One of the joys of having a garden is watching the plants grow and develop...some (very rarely) don't. I love the different stages of this Dahlia. The other Dahlias are slow this year...but there are a few that are going to explode into colour in a couple of weeks. Lots of picked flowers for the house! They really are 'cut and come again' flowers. Lovely day again today....but we need some rain!
