Look what WE saw this morning!

Desperation blip today as I know I will be really late home tonight!

Out on the morning constitutional, I saw this fox, vixen I think, sitting still, watching me gradually approach the hedgerow. I don't think she spotted Flash until they were really close to each other. She shot off down the hill and through the hedge, a really magnificent creature even if she does look like a giant ginger rabbit in my blurry blip.

Flash was oblivious. Foxy 'prey' mentality (with regard to dogs/humans) or advantageous wind direction, I wonder?

Hope she's equally oblivious to my chickens at home a few hundred yards in the other direction.
