The Secret Ingredient

There is a great food delivery business here on Hong Kong Island. Essentially, you order a meal for 2 or more, and the raw ingredients, all measured and prepared for you, arrive at your doorstep (or your work if you prefer) with the guarantee that you will have a delicious meal within 15-20 minutes.

Instead of painting by numbers, this is cooking by letters (by the way, all those little pots are NOT plastic, they are made from corn starch and are bio-degradable).

So here are the before and after pictures of my Spicy Sesame Chicken and Peanut Noodles, and the good news? As I live on my own, I get to have this again tomorrow evening!!

Oh, and yes it really does go from belong light to dark that quickly here!
