Gratitude diary

A better day. Things to look forward to, another phone call from a lovely friend checking to see how I am - reminds me I've had my head stuck up my **** and not kept in touch with people. I'm grateful they care enough to take the time to contact me. Realised I am never more contented than when I'm doing horsey stuff with Kitty. I love being at the stables - and I love that they've been consistently in my life since childhood, it's very grounding.
