Miracle of nature

This, on the palm of my heavily lined hand, is the seed of an Aquilegia plant.
It is tiny. It is about the size of a pinhead. And yet this tiny seed contains all the instructions and data and substance to grow into a complex, tall and beautiful flowering plant. I think that is quite extraordinary and it fills me with wonder.
