7:00 pm July 3, 2014, Hurricane Arthur's center is just offshore east of Wilmington.Very heavy rain. 5+ inches, and strong winds. The little arrow shows where Wilmington NC is located. This is the earliest on record that there has been a hurricane in the area. Climate Change?
