Got up and took down my wind chimes and photographed a few of my flowers before the storm ruined them.

Kent got off work at 11am and picked me up and we went into town for lunch knowing we would be housebound for the rest of the day and night. Before coming home we called a couple of teens that live near by and asked if they wanted us to bring them lunch. As can be expected with most teenagers, they did not refuse!

The afternoon and evening as been spent watching the weather reports on TV and messing on the computer. The winds haven't been too bad and so far no loss of power. One band after another of wind and rain. It should all be past us by midnight but I feel for those on the Outer Banks.
