Tobes at preschool all morning. Only one more week to go! Took Eva to playgroup to see her friends.

Over to Emily's this arvo to meet Kiki the puppy. She was sooo cute and very playful. Toby has decided that we cannot have a puppy because he needs to be able to run around without being chased. Kelly and the kids also there. Really nice to catch up. Feels like not seen anyone for ages. Benjamin gave Eva a huge smooch at the top of the slide!

Home for quick tea and then out to view a house, which confirmed what we already knew- that we won't get better than we've already got unless we want to be paying a mortgage till we're 75. Nice old house with lovely beams and creaky floors but quirky lay out meant we'd not have as much downstairs space and also the garden was a big compromise. Came home and looked at our house with a fresh pair of eyes so not a totally wasted trip.
