flypast

Liz and Phil the Greek blew into town today (HM and her consort went to the Forth Road Bridge visitor centre) before nipping across the water for a drop of the hard stuff (HM was to swing a bottle of single malt against the new aircraft carrier).

There was to be a flypast by the Red Arrows, and as it was raining/cloudy, I thought I might catch them from my kitchen window as they went along the Forth. Except they didn't. Presumably they just went over the dockyard. So this was a helicopter that flew by my kitchen window instead, possibly with notables on board.
