Florence

This is Florence, my 82 year old neighbour and friend. More than that really, she is surrogate mother to equate to my role as surrogate daughter. How fitting for a mature lady to pose in front of her much-prized display cabinet! I'd like to grow up to be like Florence - she's not long back from a cruise to Brazil, produces all her own watercolours to adorn her walls (see behind ) and didn't have much time to chat tonight as she was going out for dinner to the Royal Scot's Club with her close friend's young nephew. She's also a bit of a scallywag, which I love. When she invites me over for a 'chat' it's really so that she's not having a wee dram on her own...
