Sneaky Portrait
Despite my recent failures in time lapse photography I still managed to witness a butterfly emerging from it's chrysalid today. Sadly it never managed to get out fully in time and died, because of this I felt that my many great shots of it emerging from the cocoon were in bad taste. Still, out of the twelve caterpillars we have raised this summer only one hasn't made it so I guess that's good going. Whilst I was endlessly photographing butterflies (I really need to get back into posting things on Flickr like my brother does, you can see some of his great shots that don't make it onto blipfoto, but are still excellent, here) I took a sneaky shot of Amanda which I rather like.
