Had a busy day today.

Awake at 5.30 as Max started his first rendition of Baa Baa black sheep Ensuing repeats of "I Are hungry mummy": breakfast at 6
drop off at nursery at 7.30
Hawick by 8.30
weekly shopping done before work starts
first meeting 9am (though 15 minutes late as I got lost round both roundabouts there (how is this possible - am such a girl!!)
supervision meeting
meeting with GPs
35 minutes run
back to Melrose, lots of office stuff, leave at 5
home by 6, Max to bed 7, tea and wine
blip and collapse (coming soon)!

So that makes my run and the photo of fruit bowl (following earlier shopping trip) the healthy parts of today. Definitely worth photographing as evidence I practice what I preach -and Lorna wouldn't have let me take picture of her running with me so you'll need to believe me on that one!
