Warton Crag

After a couple of days away from Blipfoto due to visits with Doreen to Wrightington hospital in Wigan re her new knuckle joint we went along Morecambe front to the far (Bolton le Sands) end to have a coffee in the VVV gym cafe and I took this shot across the bay using my 18-200 lens.
The tide was out, as usual, but I thought the view was worth a shot. I used to live in Warton with a house at the bottom of a field which led up to the crag.
In my younger days I have ridden a horse up the crag, which you can't do now, and the view from the top is incredible.
