Death or the gladioli ...

Famous exclamation of a Dutch cyclist reporter, meaning: Go for it to win, it's win or lose, nothing in between (you'd get a bouquet of gladiolus flowers if you won a cyclist race). These are my gladiolus flowers which out of their buds are surprisingly maroon :-) With today's raindrops and a slight texture finish (Summer garden by French Kiss textures). I'm watching the Tour de France, seeing gorgeous Yorkshire landscapes and of course everybody meanwhile is very nervous for tonight's WC 2014 matches. Go Belgium and go Holland, it will be 'death or the gladioli' ;-)
