Inchcolm Island broods beneath a predominantly sunny sky - laced with a few more menacing accumulations which threatened, but did not produce any precipitation.

Lovely to take the sea air after a breathtaking morning of watching massive Yorkshire crowds almost obliterating Le Tour de France in their extraordinary support of the opening day of the three week race. Argentina now taking on Belgium and somewhere in the mix Kivitova wins her second Wimbledon Ladies' Championship and F1 Qualifying Day roars on regardless.

Today is our first born's 32nd birthday and the North Nibley Festival forms part of her celebrations! Happy Birthday, Earlydays!
