Since when?

Since when did this coffee shop start table service? a fairly regular haunt near home, but it's obviously been longer than I thought since I was last there. Table service didn't really work too well though, maybe they are having teething problems? Other than that, lovely toddler free knitting meet up with folk on my last toddler free day before going back to work.
