Gentle Lenah...

We have such a great team of nurses and tonight Lenah let me blip her... She hails from Botswana and chose this photograph of herself, she looks so regal and most tranquil here.
Last year she had her first baby after many years of tears... It's a miracle really.... what a celebration we had!
