I went out onto the balcony this evening to check on my stealth flowers (which have doubled in number overnight) and was struck by this solitary window - it was recently put it due to what seems to have been a loft conversion. I saw someone inside for the first time yesterday and I have never seen it lit up before tonight. Spooky.

I went for a run this morning and it was hard. I am finding it really difficult to get into a running routine this summer. I blame new shoes (well from December (!)), the weather (either too wet/cold or too hot - damned continental climate) and my own inherent laziness.

A powerful combination, indeed.
