Chinatown

These men were playing a game in the park in china town. There were people playing at several tables, but this table was quite animated, with the whole crowd giving advise.

So help me with the ethics of this.

I took the shot of the table, because I was interested in the game. Then I noticed the face on the far gentleman and I lifted up a bit to get him on the frame. But I didn't ask, I just took the shot.

Is that ok? On the one hand, it's a public place. But on the other, I'm using someone. I'm really unsure about this.

Anyway .... I'm asking for your thoughts because I am really trying to think this thru.
