A day spent attempting to compile the film quiz for tomorrow night, though a combination of post-EIFF tiredness and post-EIFF Friday office martini hangover really didn't help. Then a lovely evening in the Cumberland for birthday drinks for my friends Jill and Steve, a much jollier time than this picture would suggest but this was my favourite of the shots I took – I like her somewhat ambiguous expression.
