Day 22: Independence Day

Hailing from the UK, I'm aware I don't really have any business celebrating Independence Day, but a lot of the other interns are American, so we had a party.

We ate lots of food and listened to classic American rock 'n' roll. It was a really nice relaxing time. And I made this cake. And when I say made, I mean assembled. I don't have an oven to bake a cake, or an electric wisk, manual wisk or the required arm power to whisk cream, so it was all shop-bought. Looks pretty though hey?
