Wasteful but fun

Another crazy situation in our neighborhood.
Was the first a lamppost in the middle of the road.
They have a muddy footpath equipped with split asphalt. And now they have signs posted for a footpath which should not be driven by cars or cyclists.

A bit unnecessary, a waste of taxpayer money, but quite fun!
