Quarter finals

We arranged to meet up with a few of our fellow Pars fans (including Parsfan, of course, who organised the meet-up) to watch some World Cup quarter-final action.
It was a very bright afternoon, until the sun went behind the Appleton Tower (perhaps the ugliest building in the university?)
Sitting outside was a great relief to Alan, who was able to chain-smoke to his heart's content.
Great to see the nephew, who is off on an adventure, interrailing round Europe for a couple of weeks. Hope he takes a camera!
