How I like my steak. Kyloe always bring you a steak board and talk you through the cuts, flavours, cooking recommendations etc. Great fun. But pointless. Always have mine the same. Blue. Dripping. Juicy. Raw all the way through except a couple of millimetres of shade on either side. So good.
